I love these classes to get me up and out working on specific muscle groups that I may not have worked on otherwise. As we age, we need to keep all of our muscles toned so that they will recover better and last longer 😁. We all need that extra push. It’s good to see the girls too; some people I wouldn’t have run into otherwise. These classes promote camaraderie too.
